01. Compressing
Put ethylene at gas phase in the Compressor.

02. Reacting
Put compressed ethylene in the Reactor with Initiator.

- a device used for chemical reaction.
- Initiator
- a substance that initiates a chemical reaction or polymerization.
03. Extruding and Separating
In this process, the LDPE product is converted into uniform sized pellets.
Unreacted ethylene is recovered through a separator and reused.
04. Packing and Shipping
Products are stored and inspected before they are shipped.
