Pure TCS is put into a bell-jar type reactor where through CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition), it decomposes at high temperature to produce rod-shaped Polysilicon. Mixed gas generated with this process is separated and reused.
The harvested silicon rods are crushed into various forms such as chunks and chips and packed and shipped.
