The creation of an affluent future driven by leading-edge technology has been the main objective of the HCC R&D Center and has consistently led the development of Korean chemical technology. The center has remained devoted to technology development for almost three decades since its founding.
Rather than remaining comfortable with the development of optimized polymeric products, new catalysts, value-added products, and multi-functional products, the central research center is in the process of extending its range and specialties to renewable energies, bio-engineering, and many other promising fields which will be leaders in the 21st century. To this end, it is focusing its interest and investments into hydrogen energy technology, nanotechnology, and bio-technology.
The HCC R&D Center will continue its efforts to become the world leader in chemical technology research with technology development and a spirit of challenge.
