It consists of facilities that produce Polyethylene, the core material of the Korean plastics industry as well as other plastics such as PVC. It also has plants that produce such basic petrochemicals as caustic soda, chlorine, chlorine derivative EDC, and V㎝. All products are produced through strict-quality management and sold throughout the Yeosu Petrochemical Complex, Korea and the world.
The Yeosu Plant also contributes to the development of Korea and has invested enormous capital in safe environmental management. It has won many prizes such as the Energy Management Award, consolidating its position as a leading chemical plant. It takes the initiative to organize community service activities for its departments with the aim of developing together with the local community.
